First time use a few hours ago so I cant give my opinion on some things but I found that my hair is soft, silky, and straight when I blow dry it. Yes it does take longer to blow dry however I have tried many expensive good made shampoos and conditioners and thats pretty typical for well made products to take a little bit longer to dry. I was using other shampoos that cost more that are had to afford on a regular basis so I ended up buying this because I have their straightener that has lasted me YEARS! I figured it would probably b a good product and it's a good deal. $20 for one of those containers is a good price. Very good price. Totally recommend.

My hair is looking healthy and shiny and the combination of the Chi shampoo, conditioner and this spray makes my hair smell good all day.

Makes my fried damaged hair super soft and manageable, I cried my hair with bleach and it was so rough and dry and brittle , this mixed with the L'Oreal softening shampoo and some band repair treatment have saved my hair. I use this when I get out of the shower and let my hair mostly air dry then blow dry and style it. This stuff makes my hair so smooth and it smells AMAZING, I will be buying again.

This is my 3rd purchase. I use dandruff shampoo and don't like the version with the conditioner built-in. This stuff works great! It absorbs into the hair pretty quickly, softens and conditions very well and doesn't leave anything like a greasy residue. Worth noting as well: a little goes a long way.

I was nervous bc my hair is not in the greatest shape washed it with the shampoo my hair got stringier then usual and a bit matted. Then when applying conditioner I comb my hair with it hair still felt funny but wasn't nappy any more washed it out I was telling myself ok imma go bald if this don't work..but I did other steps bc I also got the chi thermal and other stuff...did those steps blew dry my hair and I was amazed how straight not so nappy my hair is..not any unusual hair loss either...I also flat ironed it a bit later it was silky feeling and my hair feels light. Did this process a few days ago and my hair even still smells like I jus washed it...going to give another updated after a month or 2 to keep track of any hair loss or any other issues but so far love it

I love this shampoo and conditioner set, I use it every other day to wash my hair. It’s the only shampoo that I’ve found that doesn’t leave a build up in my hair. It doesn’t make my hair dry or oily. I have very thick straight hair. The shampoo is pretty thick and can get gunked up when dispensing, I ordered pumps that screw onto the bottles to pump dispense them and that made it a lot easier. I feel that the set is a bit expensive for my taste but you do get a lot of quantity

I've purchased this a number of times and the product is great. However, the nozzle squirts a hard stream which leaves a pool on your head. I've tried cleaning, running hot water through etc. but no change.
The smaller size doesn't have this problem with the nozzle.
I actually tried buying both and swapping nozzles, but none of it is interchangeable, they're just slightly different. So, I've had to keep a small bottle to use to spray it and every so often refill the small one.
Can you guys please fix this? Otherwise, I'll need to look for something else.

Thanks for an almost perfect product.

Also ich habe echt ständig frizz, ganz egal was ich an Ölen oder Masken benutze...echt nervig.
Die Rezensionen waren aber so gut, ich hab Shampoo und conditioner bestellt und ich bin wirklich zufrieden! Ich habe kaum Frizz und meine Haare sind seidig und voller Glanz. Sicherlich sind Silikone dafür verantwortlich, aber ich habe bisher keine Nachteile deswegen.
Der einzige Unterschied ist, dass ich meine Haare jetzt spätestens alle 2 Tage waschen muss, da sie sonst zu "fettig" sind. Aber das nehm ich dafür gern in Kauf.

I have very naturally straight hair; I get it permed about every 8-9 months. With the pandemic, it was 18 months between the previous and my most recent perm. The Salon no longer carried this product, which worked together with the shampoo of the same brand. I was delighted to find it online, and much less expensive than it had been at the Salon. It's simple to massage it into wet hair after shampooing, then finger comb, then pick the rest, then scrunch: curls restored! the first photo is from the first washing after the perm; the second is from a month later.

I bought this after going from dark brown virgin hair to very light blonde. My hair was still healthy after bleaching, but it definitely felt way more coarse so I was looking for something to give it some softness and shine. I used this as a deep conditioning treatment and left it in for about 30 mins. My hair literally felt like silk as I was rinsing, and it feels super soft and looks great after one use. Definitely did not get any greasiness or dryness that other people have mentioned. It worked perfectly for me. Hope this helps someone!

Das Produkt sieht sehr hochwertig aus. Rieht sehr schön nach Zitrone. Da ich lange Haare (über die Brust) habe benötigte ich mehr als angeben vom Conditioner. Haare wurden weich und leiht zu kämmen. Schon bei der ersten Anwendung deutlich weniger Haarausfall genauso auch beim Glätten.
