Dermaderm Brown Spot Day Cream SPF50+ 100ml

Me ha gustado mucho la consistencia del producto, es cero grasoso, deja mi piel muy fresca. Y después de una semana de usarlo empiezo a ver como disminuyen las pequeñas manchas en mi cara.

I have tried pretty much anything and everything that had good reviews for the melasma on my hands. I just about gave up and accepted that the dark spots weren’t gonna go away. luckily, I decided to try one last time and after reading lots of reviews, to purchase another product not expecting much. when the product arrived, I tried it out for a few days. I am so happy to report that I have noticed that the dark spots are fading. If it is working already, I can’t imagine what my hands will look like within a few weeks! Finally, there is a product that is actually making a difference! 🙏 🥰

I have been using for 5 days night and day and I wish I would have taken a picture. I can tell my skin is brighter and more clear. I gave it 5 stars because of the prices as well

My hands. I had to be patient and consistent. In using it but as the weeks have gone by I can see the spots getting lightening! Hurrah!!!

This product works great with sensitive skin. No rash, itching or other reaction. So far, after 3 days, no visual changes to dark patches on the skin but it takes time. The texture of the serum is light and creamy, it is not greasy, is unscented, and leaves my skin feeling better moisturized. Bottle is a large size also.

I just got this product a few days and use it for moisturizing and to help my skin glow. I use it to put on my face before I apply makeup and it makes my skin feel so good. Thumbs up for this product

I’ve only been using this product for a few days. I have noticed a slight improvement from sun spots, which is awesome. It is a bit dry on my skin, so I just make sure to put on facial moisturizer as well, which helps a lot. I do love that it doesn’t have any strong smell, as I really struggle with those intense fragrances.

I like that the serum is odorless and lightweight, making it easy to integrate into my skin regimen routine. It doesn't leave my face oily or greasy. It is still too early to say whether it is clearly effective yet but I hope to see results in a few weeks with daily use.

Takes a day or two to begin seeing changes and works quite well so far. Deciding to use this before laser treatment or in lieu of laser. Money well spent

For the last two weeks I've been using this product which is quite pleasant - goes on smoothly and has no harmful effects. It comes in a sleek container with a generous amount for the price point. At this point I can see improvement in some dark spots, especially on my hands. Very hopeful this will continue and get more great results with continued use.

I've just started using this product yesterday morning and I like it. When I applied it, it Instantly made my skin feel soft and smooth, with a silky touch! I have dry skin and it gets worse in the cold season, so I am very happy. Since I've just started using it, it's too soon to tell if it softens my dark spot yet, though. I will update on effectiveness on my dark spot after finishing my 1st bottle.

I love the light feeling this serum has. It's not sticky like other serums. I haven't used the product long enough but I'm excited to see the difference in my skin blemish scars and dark spots. So far, I am impressed.

I have a dark patch on my chest that is looking less dark because of the dark spot remover. I’m very pleased with this and will continue to use it for any other dark spot if they appear.

Feels nice on skin. I have tried with and without moisturizer and prefer to use with moisturizer. Absorption is good. I realize this is for the face, however I am going to try and use on my hands as well; I have high hopes. Overall I think the product is good and does what it is suppose to do.

I was skeptical that this would work on my blotchy, unevenly-toned skin (especially my liver spotted hands), as I haven’t been able to find a product that gave me noticeable results. With this serum, I saw a difference within a week, and I was honestly overjoyed.
For the efficacy and size of bottle, it’s a fantastic price. I don’t know what i’ll do if it ever gets discontinued. Very highly recommended, especially if you’re trying to correct prominent, very dark spots on crepey skin. You won’t be disappointed.

I have sun spots on my cheeks that I used this on. After about a week of nightly use (leave on) they've started to fade and blend in to my natural surrounding skin tone.

I definitely recommend this item, it has a nice feel on the skin, and makes your skin tone pop more. It’s very effective and you’ll see an improvement pretty fast. It doesn’t leave a color or anything, fades pretty fast. And your skin will feel hydrated.

So far, I was using it every morning. At the beginning is a little bit white but after some seconds of application it turns clear and invisible. No oily look after application. Highly recommended

Ho acquistato la crema a fine giugno ed ho scattato la foto in alto prima di iniziare ad usarla. La foto sottostante l’ho appena scattata, sei mesi e mezzo dopo. Per me il risultato è incredibile, volevo fare un trattamento laser per togliere la macchia 😅
Uso la crema quotidianamente, non unge e idrata…oltre che proteggere e schiarire le discromie. Whatelse?!

Le tenía mucha fe y no decepcionó. Las fotos de abajo son de septiembre y las de arriba son de noviembre, tan solo dos meses veo en mi piel la mejoría combinada con la crema de noche. Excelente producto

Update #2: 3/16/22
I'm now on Day 24 of using it (only on the 2 most visible dark spots on my face). These 2 dark spots are almost completely gone. I'm quite shocked actually. I skipped a few days here and there because I noticed that the areas I apply this cream will sometimes get over irritated/dry/flaky and I need to give it a day or two to "heal" the area before reapplying. It's worked so well that now my other, smaller dark spots - like larger freckles along the perimeter of my face seem to look more noticeable now that my two big dark spots are almost gone. I'll start trying this cream on those other areas today and using it regularly to see if it starts to lighten them as well. I was most certainly skeptical about this cream in the very beginning - especially since my dark spots looked DARKER. But after sticking with it and giving it time to do it's thing - it's definitely working. I'll continue to update as I try other areas on my face.

Update #1: 3/2/22
I'm now on Day 12 of using it. I posted my original review below on Day 8. After deciding to use a wash cloth each day to lightly wash/scrub my face, I started to notice that the areas where I apply the dark spot serum are starting to lighten because the skin is in fact "peeling" away, showing my more natural skin tone underneath as it regrows. So it seems like, at least in my case, the dark spots were darkening in the beginning due to the skin drying up or shedding, and after I gently scrubbed those areas, it was eliminating the top layers of skin. What a relief! I'll continue to update my review as I continue with the serum.

Original Review: 2/26/22

I thought I was going crazy these last few days because I swore the spot on my cheek as getting darker. I'm glad I took a before photo for comparison. After taking a picture today (using the product once each night) and comparing it to the same picture from last week, I swear it looks darker. I'll check again in another week & see if it starts fading at all. I tried reading in any of the questions if anyone's spots got darker before getting lighter, but I didn't see anyone comment that that's how it works. Someone did say that it "peels" your skin, which is how it lightens it. So I'm hoping that maybe this darker spot will start to peel and gradually start lightening the spot. Regardless, I'll update in a week or two and see how the progress is going. So far, I'm not impressed with it darkening my most visible spot.
